Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms offered a skyline view of New York City, which was absolutely wonderful. However, some areas of the hotel had noise issues that were a bit stressful at times. The location allowed us to easily visit all the spots we wanted to see, but the constant sirens and honking were a downside.
Our stay was fantastic! The hotel is in a great location, central to everything we wanted to do in NYC, close to coffee shops, shopping, good food, attractions, and the subway. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and quiet, which is rare in the city. The dining experience was good, with a nice assortment of food, especially in the morning. Only downside was the European food not being at the level expected for this type of hotel.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, offering a wonderful view, and they were impeccably clean. The service was top-notch with room service available and efficient housekeeping. The location was absolutely spot on, close to everything we needed, including easy access to attractions and transportation. However, the dining experience was not at the level expected, and the facilities were undergoing some messy renovations. Despite these minor setbacks, the overall experience was enjoyable.
I absolutely loved the hotel for its perfect location in the quiet and serene Midtown area. The executive club amenities were top-notch, and I would definitely come back, especially for the lovely terrace view.
The hotel offers a nice view of the Manhattan skyline; however, check-in was later than expected at 4 pm. The rooms were serviced daily but lacked drawer units. The location is incredibly convenient for exploring the city, with various subway stations nearby.
The hotel is conveniently located next to Madison Square Garden, but our room wasn't ready until after 4 pm despite an early arrival which was a bit frustrating. However, we were impressed by the central location and would consider returning, especially since we prefer staying in Midtown.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The room was spacious and had a beautiful view over Manhattan. The hotel provides many USBs, so you won't need a converter. The location is great, allowing us to reach all the spots we wanted to visit easily. However, the dining options were limited during the weekdays. The service was top-notch with room service, dry cleaning, and valet parking available. On a VERY busy crosstown street, but its central location gives easy access to Times Square and Penn Station.
